AXA Additional Sessions

As of 15th August 2015, for new referrals from AXA, all therapy sessions over 10 will require further approval from the insurer.

We would request additional sessions are requested no later than session 7 to allow time for requests to be reviewed. 

We ask for you to raise an additional sessions request as normal (at end of session notes) and complete the attached form for AXA's documentation ensuring to attach this form to the patients file:

Our team will then manage this additional request with the insurer and inform you if the request has been approved or declined and advise on next steps.
