To provide a full how to user guide providing instructions on how to manage appointments when they are booked including if a patient DNA’s.

Click on the specific patient and navigate to Health History which then allows the appointment history to show and the fill note button to complete the notes and appointment.

Sections in red are mandatory fields to be completed.



Clicking on ‘Add New Questionnaire’ enables the therapist to run through a questionnaire whilst delivering the session if required. These can be given prior to the appointment are open to the patient for completion within 24hrs of that appointment time as explained in the booking appointment section.

    Patient appointment notes are used to record the patients session and capture the required information following a session.

    Selecting the 'Select template' button, opens a drop down with appointment notes that can be selected and completed.

The above notes appear in the drop down on selecting appointment notes. There are two templates you can select from "VHG Initial Assessment" & "VHG Treatment Session Notes". Both templates can be seen in the clinical notes download. Explanations of each field is written in grey.

Notes automatically save every 30 seconds.

Before an invoice can be sent an appointment must be given an outcome and the correct notes template completed. There is a 48-hour cut off for this.

Should there be a DNA, the following appears minus the notes section for completion.


This is so a DNA reason can be provided. The reasons do differ depending on the attendance reason given.
