Purpose
To provide a full user guide on how to manage availability and navigate the diary in the new VHG system.

Creating Availability
This is where your diary can be viewed and where availability can be created by clicking on a day in the diary. The below is a monthly view but there are also weekly and daily views which can be changed here.
Creating availability means that an appointment can be booked into the slot by VHG customers if it is a new patient or by the individual therapist/VHG if the patient is existing.
Amending Availability
Please Note: if you create repeat appointment slots, you will not be able to bulk delete these, you will have to this one by one. Be aware of this when building your diary in advance.
