This template it to be used should you require a safety plan in the presence of Risk.
2. Process
To download a copy of the notes template click on the icon at the bottom the this page.
This will then appear above your task bar at the bottom of your computer screen for you to use.
If this does not appear go to “File Explorer” and then into “Downloads”.
